Q: How do I place an order?

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Shipping cost is $5 worldwide, or FREE if you buy 3 pairs or more.

Q: How do I make payment?

A: We accept Paypal payments(+4% transaction fee), Credit Card/Debit Card thru Paypal(+4 transaction fee, you do NOT need a Paypal account), Cashier Cheque, Money Order or Concealed cash.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: If you order from our ready stock, order will be shipped within 48 hours, and you will receive them in 2-3 business days if you are in United Stated, or within 7 business days for other countries.

Q: Do you do facetrade?

A: No. Since we offer such low price shipping cost and FREE shipping, we highly recommand shipping instead of facetrading.

Q: Is there any discount if I buy more than one pair?

Q: How do I know the lenses I order here are authentic(real)?

A: We provide original EMS shipping slip from Korea. We also have anti-fake stickers for all lenses we sell.

Q: Are goods sold exchangeable or refundable?

A: No. We do not accept exchange or refund after products are sold.

Q: Will Shiny Shiny Lens be responsible for lost package and damaged products during shipping?

A: No. We will check each item before shipping, so it will not be our fault for loss or damaged items during delivery. Insurance is highly recommanded but optional.

Q: How come there are some other sellers out there selling the same exact lenses you sell for much cheaper prices?

A: There are a lot of imitative lenses out there, so please be aware if the prices seem too good too be true. Also all Korean lens manufacturers limit prices to be no lower than $20USD. If you see a seller offer prices under $20, think carefully before you order from them.

Q: Why should I choose Shiny Shiny Lens?

A: We offer prices range from $25 to $28 and also offer discount and free shipping worldwide if you buy more. We consider ourselves very fair on our prices and authentic quality guaranteed.
